REGULATION
To ensure a pleasant stay, all guests are required to scrupulously observe the internal regulations of the structure.

Failure to comply with the regulation can lead to the removal from the structure of the offender and the relative reporting to all national and international tourist organizations, except for reports to public authorities if the non-compliance could possibly lead to the perpetration of a crime. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the need for reminders from the management or sanctions if damage occurs to other guests or to the structure.
All the specific indications reported in the signs PRESENT in the area of relevance of the structure must be respected.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the entire area pertaining to the structure.
Anything is prohibited activities that may disturb other guests such as shouting in the corridors, in the rooms or in the common areas.

It is strictly forbidden to use electronic devices for the conduction of food or drinks, devices not supplied by the structure for the thermal modulation of internal / external environments such as: stoves, fans, penguins or other similar devices are forbidden.

Access to the facility is allowed only to customers who have provided a valid document during check-in. Additional guests are accepted after check-in with prior authorization from the management and always after providing an identity document, provided that the room concerned can accommodate the number of people who request it.

Check-in takes place after 13.00
Check-out MUST BE MADE no later than 10.00

The reservation request can be made by phone or through our website ********. once the room is available, for extended stays a deposit of 50% of the total amount due is required to be made by bank transfer. The reservation is definitively confirmed upon confirmation of the advance by sending a copy of the payment receipt. The balance for the entire duration of the reservation must be paid in cash or by debit card upon delivery of the room keys.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Small pets are accepted. Please do this before any bookings of the animal in question.
We also remind you that the management will not be liable for theft, loss and damage of personal effects.
